The Manual Camera

A fast shutter speed in photography means the camera's shutter is open for a very short amount of time when taking a picture. This short exposure freezes motion, making it ideal for capturing fast-moving subjects or preventing blur from camera shake, especially with longer lenses.

Motion freezing:Fast shutter speeds, like 1/1000th of a second or faster, freeze movement, preventing blur in images of fast-moving objects like sports players or wildlife.

Exposure:Because the shutter is open for a short time, less light enters the camera, potentially leading to darker exposures, especially in low light.

Low light challenges:In low-light situations, a fast shutter speed may require using a higher ISO setting, which can introduce noise or grain
